Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During the peak Christmas season (November-December), please allow additional processing time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Delivery Options (Australia)
Standard Delivery (5-10 business days): $9.95
Free Standard Delivery on orders over $100
Express Delivery (2-5 business days): $19.95
Next Day Delivery: $29.95 (order must be placed before 12:00 PM AEST)

International Delivery
We offer international shipping to select destinations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the location. Exact rates and estimated delivery windows are available during the checkout process.

Christmas Delivery Deadlines
To ensure delivery before Christmas:

  • Standard shipping: Order by December 5th
  • Express shipping: Order by December 15th
  • Last-minute options: Available until December 20th

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress through our carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery problems, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. Note that we cannot be responsible for delays once items are with the carrier, but we will assist where possible.
